These terms and conditions govern the use of the Târgu Mureș State Philharmonic website (www.filarmonicams.ro). By accessing and using the site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Ticket purchases

Tickets for Philharmonic concerts can be purchased online through the website or in person at the institution's box office. Purchased tickets are valid exclusively for the specified event and date. The refund policy applies in accordance with current legislation and the institution's internal regulations. In the event of a cancelled event, the full value of tickets will be refunded.

Limitation of liability

The Târgu Mureș State Philharmonic makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information presented on the site. However, we do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. The institution is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Târgu Mureș, Romania.
